for implementing the solution. By default, unless otherwise
required, the respective dealer through which the software
is acquired will implement the application solution at the
client site.
Our focus is to:

- Promote productivity through efficient training and highlighting the benefits to the user
- Maintain ongoing communication to receive user feed-back
Regardless whether we are implementing an application at the user level or
the Dv3Studio IDE at the IT Department level, we recognize
that a quick ROI (Return on Investment) will be the litmus
test by which any solution is measured.
The developer needs to be proficient in the use of the tools
as quickly as possible and we will keep an “open door”
policy to provide technical assistance and development tips
wherever required.
The end-user on the other hand also requires effective training
and a counterpart that also has an understanding of the business
issues at hand – not just the technical issues. Our
team members have been on both sides of the fence and can
therefore understand the feedback provided by the end user.
